1. Subject Matter & Definitions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AtlasIQ platform, published by Atlas Concept SASU, a Société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle registered with the RCS of Strasbourg under SIRET 98002778300011.

By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Definitions

  • "Platform" — the AtlasIQ software accessible at atlasiq.app
  • "User" — any individual or legal entity creating an account
  • "Agent" — an autonomous AI module of the platform
  • "Generated Content" — any content produced by AI agents (ad copy, descriptions, etc.)

2. Service Description

AtlasIQ is an AI-powered e-commerce automation SaaS platform comprising:

6 AI Agents (Meta Ads, Dropshipping, E-commerce, Social Media, Lead Gen, Customer Success)
14 supported industry sectors
Integrations: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, CJ Dropshipping, AliExpress
AI content generation (ad copy, product descriptions)
Analytics and reporting
Multi-channel management

3. Account Registration

  • Registration is reserved for persons of legal age (18+) or duly authorized representatives of a legal entity.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
  • An account is strictly personal and may not be shared or transferred.

4. User Obligations

  • Not to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
  • Not to attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or source code extraction.
  • Respect API usage limits (fair use).
  • Comply with the terms of connected third-party platforms.
  • Not to overload the infrastructure with excessive automated requests.
  • Review and validate all AI-generated content before publication.

5. Intellectual Property

Atlas Concept SASU retains all intellectual property rights over the AtlasIQ platform, its source code, design, algorithms, and documentation.

The user retains ownership of their data, content, and business assets imported or created on the platform.

AI-generated content is provided under a non-exclusive license to the user. AtlasIQ claims no ownership rights over content generated for the user.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The user is solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of third-party platforms they connect to their AtlasIQ account (Meta Business, TikTok for Business, Google Ads, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.). AtlasIQ shall not be liable for any violation of those platform terms by the user.

7. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
  • Renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. AtlasIQ does not store any card data.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of the first payment (right of withdrawal, Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
  • Prices are displayed in euros (€) including tax for consumers in France.

Exclusions: scheduled maintenance, force majeure, third-party provider failures, non-compliant usage.

9. Liability Limitations

Atlas Concept SASU's total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

This cap does not apply in cases of gross negligence, personal injury, or violation of data protection laws.

AI-generated content is provided "as is". The user is responsible for review before publication.

10. Data Processing

The processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request at info@atlasiq.app.

11. Termination

  • By user: at any time, from account settings.
  • By Atlas Concept SASU: with 30 days' notice by email.
  • For cause: immediate termination without notice.
  • After termination: 30 days to export your data.

12. Force Majeure

Atlas Concept SASU shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the Tribunal de Commerce de Strasbourg, France.
